Sheila McGlothlin received a call from Mr Haney on Feb 6th advising "they have had a large plastic green pipe sticking out of their ground at an angle for about the past year. He was wondering the status of this pipe and what if anything will be done with it?"
Sewer Plant has emitted extreme odor and possible sulfide gas for over a week. Customers and employees report the smell is making them sick.

Customers driveway is falling in and she thinks its due to City sewer line.
Sewage is coming out of downstairs bathroom toilet.
Customer had a backup in garage drain. Plumber cleaned out drain & told customer some of blockage was a City problem.
The manhole cover to the sewer in front of 1008 S Washington St has not been properly placed, so it wobbles when cars drive over.
