Ms. Sheldon called to complain about water problem in her basement. 3 weeks. ago (approx. 1/23/99) CBU was called because of water backup in their basement. Tom Staley came out after the water receded. She was very upset because Tom Staley was very rude and even got up in her face and talked very loudly. A plumber was called. He found that there was a backup in the sewer line and called the City. Now they have 12" of raw sewage in their basement and cannot live at home.
