It smells very strongly of sewage coming from Cascades Creek at 210 E. Gilbert. We are in the process of purchasing this house and property, and we really don't want to smell it every day! The toilet in our half bathroom gurgled, churned, and spewed water for a solid 20 seconds, to where the water came up and out of the toilet and there was a strong smell of sewage. We have had root issues in the past but we saw a turck in the neighborhood and maybe it is a mainline pipe issue? In any case, we'd prefer someone knows that this impacted our house.
Sewer line backing up. Plumber came and snaked it, and then ran a camera. The collapsed pipe is under the street, so it's a city pipe.
Grey water drainage from this address is draining onto my property at 2408 S Shadow Grove Ct. The homeowner had painted the white PVC plumbing pipe brown so that it blends in with the ground and then added a storm grate over it.
Sewage was backing up into our house from the drain line, called out a plumber, and they were able to clear the blockage, but found a break in the line outside of our house due to the recent fiber optic cable installation. The external line needs repaired at this break as mud is still exposed and could cause another blockage in the line and we would also like a reimbursement for the cost of the plumbers that had to come out today.
My neighbor's sewage line has been overflowing and freezing in the alleyway between our homes. Now that the temperature is warming up, it has begun to smell. They have done nothing about this issue, even when I brought it up to them.
Howdy all. A number of residents have reported sewer problems lately in our neighborhood. Could be individual to houses but seems like a pattern. Also a fiber worker was reporting problems in our neighborhood and wondering if it may somehow be related. Any way someone can check on sewer health/status in our neighborhood to make sure there are no issues with public sewer? Thank you!
Intense and terrible sewer gas smell from bathroom of Cheddars restaurant— employees and patrons have evidently complained for years. Legitimate health hazard.
