The odor of raw sewage is especially strong throughout this area close to Lower Cascades and the baseball fields. I live just north of this area, so am regularly driving or biking through. While the odor has consistently been present over the years, it has been especially strong and consistent in recent weeks/months. I am not certain of the exact source, but I have concerns there is leaking sewage pipe or some other source of exposed sewage. Thank you for any efforts to identify and/or remedy this issue!

Hello! I filed this request yesterday but it says it was filed anonymously, so I just wanted to be sure someone could contact me. It smells very strongly of sewage coming from Cascades Creek at 210 E. Gilbert. We are in the process of purchasing this house and property, and we really don't want to smell it every day! Sewer line backing up. Plumber came and snaked it, and then ran a camera. The collapsed pipe is under the street, so it's a city pipe.

Grey water drainage from this address is draining onto my property at 2408 S Shadow Grove Ct. The homeowner had painted the white PVC plumbing pipe brown so that it blends in with the ground and then added a storm grate over it.

Our toilet will not flush and neither will the neighbor's. We have both had the drainage pipe reamed out to the street and the problem is still there. We think the blockage is across the street by the stream. Please unclog this for us.

Sewage was backing up into our house from the drain line, called out a plumber, and they were able to clear the blockage, but found a break in the line outside of our house due to the recent fiber optic cable installation. The external line needs repaired at this break as mud is still exposed and could cause another blockage in the line and we would also like a reimbursement for the cost of the plumbers that had to come out today.

My neighbor's sewage line has been overflowing and freezing in the alleyway between our homes. Now that the temperature is warming up, it has begun to smell. They have done nothing about this issue, even when I brought it up to them.

Howdy all. A number of residents have reported sewer problems lately in our neighborhood. Could be individual to houses but seems like a pattern. Also a fiber worker was reporting problems in our neighborhood and wondering if it may somehow be related.
