TX from customer service re rain water in basement and garage. Sanitary sewer installation crew removed driveway culvert during construction in 1986 and did not replace apparantly due to sewer line location directly under previous site of culvert.

Sheila McGlothlin received a call from Mr Haney on Feb 6th advising "they have had a large plastic green pipe sticking out of their ground at an angle for about the past year. He was wondering the status of this pipe and what if anything will be done with it?"

This is the citizen's second complaint on this property. There is raw sewage coming from apartment 2301. It is running down on the citizen's patio.
Citizen called in to report that for over a year raw sewage has been coming out from the apt. # 2301. Caller stated that mgmt has known about this problem and they just put lime dust over it. Caller also stated that the sewage runs in to the parking lot and on sidewalk.
