There is a sewage backup in my residence, can the city lines in in front of my house be checked immediately? I just had my lines serviced two weeks ago. There is a history of the city line being a problem.

The street drain cover at the north east corner of our building in the "alley" just west of the Kroger gas station has sunken about a foot! Cars catch their tires. In direct line with said drain the ground above the storm water drain pipe has fallen away and created a 2-3 sinkhole! This is next to the guard rail along Jackson Creek. attempted to rake leaves away from storm drain inlet. drain inlet completely clogged with dirt, debris, and potentially construciton debris/coverings from 5 year habitat project. please help unclog, thank you so much
