I discovered that AEG had drilled through my sewer tile after calling plumbers several times to fix sewer blockages. On April 9, 2024, I contacted Eddie Helmondollar and his supervisor Dave Craig (cc:ed above) with pictures of the damage and a copy of the invoice I paid to the plumbing company ($2250). Dave says that he has repeatedly contacted Accounts Payable to check on the status of my claim. But despite my regular requests for help, I have not received any assurance the claim is being processed or when to expect the reimbursement. It is now July—3 months since I alerted AEG to the problem. Please assist me with this request. Thank you for any help you can provide. location is GOURLEY PIKE (my address is 917) horrible stench inside MANY homes on Friday 2/22/13 and yesterday 2/25/13 - toilets empty, bathtubs stained from backup. Odor enough to make you vomit - usually it stinks outside in our neighborhood - now it's ok outside, awful inside. I've talked to three other homeowners on the street - same problem, same days. HELP!

Friday and Monday I came home to a house full of nasty sewer gasses. My toilet and bathtub trap had been sucked dry of water. I've spoken to my neighbors and it's happening all up the street.
