The address is the closest to the issue, but the water I’ve seen is on the west side of High St. As I bike this street, I see that there is water running along the edge of High Street. I don’t know where it originates but I’ve noticed it throughout the summer.

There has been water here all summer. The grass next to the road is squishy with moisture. I don’t think it’s from routine maintenance.
