There is a road construction sign sitting to the right of the exit from the plaza (3rd and college mall) between German American bank and HuHot Mongolian Restaurant. This sign is obstructing view when using this exit and is not safe for people pulling out onto busy 3rd street. Please move it.

New stop light at Rolling Ridge way had traffic on 2nd street backed up to The Eye Center at 5:10pm. Usually takes around 10 minutes for me to get home it was 20 due to the poor timing of the new light. There was a time around 5:20pm where the light was only green going down 2nd street for a minute before it turned red. Safety concern as well for ambulances trying to get down 2nd street (especially by the co-op where there is cement barriers in the middle of the road). Will be a huge concern when 37 (I-69) 2nd street ramps under construction in a few months.
Good Evening, Since the light at Ridgeway (I'm pretty sure that's the st, it's right in front of Twin Lakes Gym) and 2nd Street started working on Monday traffic in the morning, but especially in the evening, has been horrendous on 2nd St. It is now currently taking me about 40 minutes to get from the IU Campus to Eller Rd when leaving campus around 5:15. Traffic is bumper to bumper from 2nd and Rogers until after the new light. I feel like this is not just a ridiculous amount of traffic for a city the size of Bloomington, but that it is creating dangerous traffic situations. I'm afraid it's going to cause accidents. BTaccess driver reports that at 5th & Bryan the stop sign reads "all-way" however, the 4-way intersection only has 3 stop signs
The stoplight at Jordan and 3rd has no sign indicating to north bound traffic that they can't turn right. I work at mother Bear's pizza and see dozens of cars going the wrong way down 3rd and I am positive that putting in a one way sign at that innersection and a sign indicating that you can't turn right would fix the issue. 106th in front of oak grove middle school and down that hill is very icy and people cannot stop
Traffic along 1st and 2nd Streets and Henderson continues to increase in volume, speed, and non-compliance with stop signs. This is especially evident during morning and afternoon rush hours. Drivers have found they can cross town faster by cutting through core neighborhoods and ignoring traffic laws, than using major thoroughfares. Increased police presence would likely get these cars back on major roads. It is important the city realizes that it is the breaking of traffic laws that is making this traffic pattern desirable for drivers. I live at 1st and Henderson and less than 50% of cars come to a complete stop at this intersection.
Is there a way that you could lessen the snow mound heights at Bloomington Ferry Road and Lindstrom? It's almost impossible to see around them unless you pull out into the intersection. Someone has already gotten broadsided there--you can see the skid marks and the broken glass. Thank you
