The use of railroad tracks as a turnaround.
Since opening 10th Street after the construction I have seen two people drive into the on coming traffic lane because of lack of marking and a cluttered area due to construction still in progress. The most resent one I just witnessed almost caused an accident. With the addition of the median on 10th Street and the view on the Bypass being blocked by construction barrels this needs to be more clearly marked or someone could get hurt due to lack of signage or direction.

The area on Moores Pike near Bittner Woods is dangerous. People travel too fast, especially heading west before you get to the hill. Signs should be put up with a 20 or 25 mph speed limit before someone gets killed!
