TOTALLY fucked that people are allowed to block an alley with a construction dumpster when they have a driveway that is large enough to contain the dumpster. THANKS so much for looking out for the public...oh yeah, I forgot, private individual needs always trump the public...this city sucks

A street sign was recently installed at E Thornton Dr & S Henderson St (on the southside of town), and it is missing again. I'm not sure if the recent high winds may have blown the sign off, or what happened. Also, the street sign at E North Dr & S Henderson St (by South High School) is reversed. So many cars are speeding through the Waterman neighborhood, between 7th and 8th St from Vernal Pk to Spring St. The speeders run up and down 7th and 8th St. Here are some ideas the City could help us out with, 1. a Temporary Speed Display Board on 8th St, 2. Additional speed limit signs, 3. Speed bumps. I would certainly welcome any suggestions you might have.

Indiana RR bridge on Adams St. has many severe impacts scars. The Waterman Neighborhood Association is considering a painting project, but would like inspection and repairs first. Suggestion: paint it yellow, so speeders would see it, and the City have paint on hand to cover up speeder mistakes.

Does anyone even monitor the lights to enter a freeway. Car pool lane is only for two or more in the vehicle. The ramp from Bush Lake Road to enter 494E is constantly being abused. Car after car after car is using the car pool lane with only one person in the vehicle. Very frustrating as I'm in the proper lane awaiting my turn and watching all these other cars entering the freeway and not using the proper lane. Why have this feature if it isn't monitored?
