Please repaint the cross-walks on E 3rd St and College Mall Road, especially in the vicinity of College Mall. I walk almost everywhere, and it is very dangerous to cross major intersections--especially at night--where the cross-walk paint has either rubbed off entirely or faded so as to be barely visible. The installation of two islands in the left turn lane is a big mistake. This creates the potential for a huge backup of traffic headed north on Kinser. The solution is to remove the islands and allow for a left turn lane for cars wanting to turn onto Parrish Ave. and shop at Kroger.

Please ticket this car. It parks on Maxwell and Eastside everyday, choking traffic flow to one lane. Thank you!
