6th & Washington Street - stop sign .. arrows needed badly painted on 6th St to indicate which lane goes straight and which one is for turning. Also the far left lane is almost impossible to see oncoming traffic due to parked cars on the side of Washington St

Missing speed limit sign on Rogers near the intersection of Rogers and That Road on the east side of the street. Also, I couldn't find anywhere to put this so I hope it works.
There are now two left turn lanes at the traffic light that directs you to 37 North on second street. Numerous vehicles are going through the middle lane which is a left turn lane also. Traffic trying to move over to the left lane after being in the far right lane is having a difficult time as they do not know if the vehicle next to them is going to turn left as they should or just go through the lane. I live at Basswood Apartments and find it bothersome when the vehicle goes through the light and I am trying to get over in the left lane to go home. I didn't know how this could be remedied as the two signs by the two traffic light say "left turn only" and have arrows. Some vehicles slow down and just go through it when it is red to turn left and green for the right lane to go. There is going to be an accident.
Because of the construction happening on S. Walnut I was recently stopped for almost ten minutes at the intersection of Walnut and Second. This is a road I use daily and I am accustomed to some delays. However, this evening (Thursday, 10/11/12 at about 6:40) the construction crew parked a cement mixer diagonally across the intersection making any driving impossible. There was no warning that this was taking place and no attempt to redirect traffic. After sitting through around 7 light cycles my boyfriend approached the driver at the head of the line and asked if they would mind turning right and going oh of their way so that he cars lined up with us could make our way around he impass. In the future I would suggest scheduling these events so temporary detours may be set up. Expecting citizens to spontaneously adjust to major construction set ups is unreasonable.
The detectors on Fee Lane and the Bypass do not work. One has to wait the full 80 seconds at the Fee Lane light even when there is no traffic on the Bypass.
I am a Housing Manager for IU Apartments. These two signs were found lying in our area this morning. We know nothing about them but thought you might like to retrieve them.
Please plow East Clay Court. Claybridge Drive was plowed, but they ignored our cul-de-sac. It is difficult to get in & out. No newspaper delivery or mail delivery for 2 days.
Missing street sign: E RUBY LANE AT MITCHELL'S INTERSECTION. HAS BEEN MISSING FOR OVER A YEAR. WAS REPORTED BY NEIGHBOR SOME TIME AGO. I AM LOCATED AT 1601 E RUBY. THANKS FOR YOUR ATTENTION ON THIS MATTER.
The left turn lane at the intersection of northbound S Sare Rd with E Cathcart St (i.e. a left turn into Renwick division) currently lacks the appropriate pavement marking to indicate that this is a left turn lane. We have witnessed numerous cars proceeding northbound thru this turn lane (and many near accidents). Please install appropriate pavement markings as appear on all of the other turn lanes off of Sare Road. I believe this turn lane marking was missed during last summer's project to re-pave Sare Road.
