The “no turn on red sign” at the intersection of east third and smith is not visible which causes conflict. I have had people cursing and honking at me due to not turning on red but I am not supposed to turn.

We have received a complaint (Mary Frazier, 349-3100) that it is difficult to pull out of the old Monroe County Bank parking lot on E 4th Street. The lot is on the North side of 4th in the 300 block, just East of the alley and now owned by Old National Bank. As you can see, the curbs are only painted back a few feet from the exit. Would it be possible to have the curbs painted back 15 feet to the East of the lot?

After Dunn St changes to Atwater, Atwater curves sharply until it crosses Indiana. Trees & foliage make it impossible for pedestrians to see cars until theyre upon them.
