New tenant has been observed driving west from Lincoln along 11th Street against the one-way direction to get to alley where parking spot is located. Car was a BMW SUV with Indiana (Elkhart County) license plate.

Can’t see Graham Drive oncoming traffic when turning off Brown Avenue. Also Brown Avenue is a busy street because of school traffic turning onto Graham.
temporary speed bumps were placed in Broadview neighborhood during the intersection closure of Tapp/Country Club and Rockport. These speed bumps should be removed as they were temporary and the newly improved intersection is open.
