Catalent changed which of their entrances their employees are allowed to use. Because of this the left turn lane of patterson (headed west) is used much more and backs up, blocking the straight/right lane too.

The windows in my apartment that look onto E.3rd St do not block out the extreme heavy truck and vehicle road noise. How did this building get built and passed a noise test/study(If there was such a study, or process) along E.3rd St (Highway)? In addition the slight gradient of the road adds to excessive noise whether a vehicle accelerates up the hill,or engine braking from the trucks going down the hill. This situation has already effected my health, lack of sleep significantly . Why didn't the builder or noise code require soundproof windows, on this side of the building, or allow the building to be this close to this highway(which it is).

People do not use the turn lane as a turn lane. They instead go straight and then turn south bond 69 exit. This blocks people who are using the road properly and causes traffic Jams and close calls every time I drive this road.

Common entrance to Biolife Plasma and Author Solutions: Biolife has a stop sign coming OUT of their particular lot but Author Solutions doesnot. I almost had a head on collision coming in to Biolife because someone comingoutof Author Solutions had not Stop sign. Essentailly both directions - coming into Biolife and coming out of Author Solution's particular parkinglot - have the right of way. A stop sign must be added coming out of Author solutions.

Constituents in Fritz Terrace and the neighborhood north of Kroger have expressed concern that traffic is moving too fast (and seems to be getting worse) along Kinzer and Skyline Drive. Not sure if there's anything that can be done from the City's perspective, but I wanted to pass this along. Thank you!

N Woodbridge Dr, Bloomington, Indiana, 47408

Case Date:
3/10/2020

The crosswalk between N and S Woodbridge Dr and across 10th is routinely ignored by passing cars. I have almost been hit around 3 times while in the crosswalk by cars that refused to stop for me as I was crossing. Cars otherwise refuse to stop when pedestrians are waiting to cross. This is a safety concern for pedestrians.

N Walnut St & W 8th St, Bloomington, IN 47408, USA

Case Date:
1/18/2022

I've seen dozens of drivers speed through this Walnut corridor, from 8th St to 12th St, in excess of 40mph. There are pedestrian crossings at 8th and 9th that are completely unusable. Motorists like to speed through the straightaway since there are three lanes. This area needs traffic calming measures to protect pedestrians.

Mr. Crewell is president of the Fritz terrace neighborhood Association. He has two traffic related concers. 1)The residential side of North Kinser, from Marsh north, is not marked with neither yellow curbs nor "No Parking" signs. Sometimes people actually park there, and he feels it should be marked. 2) Within Fritz Terrace, there are no sidewalks. That, coupled with the curvy streets, make a speed limit of 30mph too fast for the neighborhood.
