A street sign was recently installed at E Thornton Dr & S Henderson St (on the southside of town), and it is missing again. I'm not sure if the recent high winds may have blown the sign off, or what happened. Also, the street sign at E North Dr & S Henderson St (by South High School) is reversed. It is increasingly difficult to exit the Blue Ridge neighborhood at the main entrance/exit at North Walnut. Traffic has increased and is going at a dangerous speed on North Walnut.
Checking to see if you will be re-striping the lanes just south of the intersection of College and 17th. Almost been sideswiped a couple times.

Poor visibility of the "do not enter" signs where 11th st becomes one way have created a situation where multiple cars a day continue the wrong way onto eleventh. The signs are faded, and they are placed too far back over the crest of the hill. They're also partially blocked by fencing from construction. Many drivers don't realize they are going the wrong way, then continue through the intersection of 11th and Woodlawn, and through the intersection of 11th and Park traveling the wrong way. It's especially dangerous because people traveling on Woodlawn or Park don't have stop signs and won't expect drivers to come from the wrong direction.
So many cars are speeding through the Waterman neighborhood, between 7th and 8th St from Vernal Pk to Spring St. The speeders run up and down 7th and 8th St. Here are some ideas the City could help us out with, 1. a Temporary Speed Display Board on 8th St, 2. Additional speed limit signs, 3. Speed bumps. I would certainly welcome any suggestions you might have.
Indiana RR bridge on Adams St. has many severe impacts scars. The Waterman Neighborhood Association is considering a painting project, but would like inspection and repairs first. Suggestion: paint it yellow, so speeders would see it, and the City have paint on hand to cover up speeder mistakes.
Anonymous citizen wanted to report an overcrowded fleet vehicle with a dangerous number of people in the car. She didn't give any details regarding location or time.
