The crosswalk signs at the intersection of Atwater and Indiana (near the Henderson Parking Garage) only show the "walk" symbol every once in a while - I usually just have to wait until traffic slows enough to cross. I know this is common practice, but I usually try to wait until the "walk" symbol shows so I have some degree of protection (legally) if I were to get hit. This is especially the case for this intersection because people ALWAYS run that red light, and apparently drivers don't understand what a "no turn on red" sign means.

The left lane that used to go straight through on college avenue past the Marriott near 3rd street has now stopped and the city has placed these large curbs that jut out into the street. I have seen several cars run into them, slam on their breaks and close calls and accidents there. who is making these decisions to place medians and curbs that narrow the street access. the city of bloomington is becoming very difficult to access in a car. they have made it hard to see the roads at night. another area is the median they placed on 10th street near the bypass. I have seen people swerve to miss it and find the narrow road to access 10th going to campus. with all of the visiting parents and travelers that come to the city and campus, you would think the engineers would widen roads and make things more accessible instead of causing areas where accidents are more likely to happen. especially there on college avenue across from the convention center.

Students from Bloomington High School North park their vehicles on Valleyview Drive, mainly from Winding Way to Parkview Drive. Mr. Steele would like to have some type of signage indicating that this is resident parking only. I explained to him that the Neighborhood Parking Program is currently on hold to add any more areas and that the only sign would be "No Parking". Blue Buick at 3345 is permanently stationary with no registration I do not know if this is illegal or not. The condo H.O.A. is unresponsive ( Ivy Sells). The owner of this unit is Hoosier Choice Realty. This resident had a visitor that intimidated me in the past . Cars.law.com states an unregistered vehicle in Indiana may not be located on a sidewalk. Speed limits are often not observed, especially during higher traffic times of day. It is not uncoomon that I am passed while driving my daughter to school.

The intersection coming out of Welmir Dr (especially toward Big Lots) trying to get to the stop light on 3rd street is not equipped to handle early afternoon traffic. It is often backed up past KFC with cars trying to dart across each other. Most of the traffic is backed up through the left turn lane going onto W 3rd. A second left turn lane or something would really make this a safer intersection

The "signal ahead" sign is blocked with branches as approach from south to West 3rd Street intersection.
