Car broken down
Is the city or county responsible for enforcing the speed limit that people travel on Kinser Pike between the stop sign at BHSN and the I-69 overpass? People routinely drive 40-60 MPH, especially on the straight sections even though the hills prevent them from seeing a pedestrian or bicyclist. The posted speed limit is 30 MPH. Can something not be done to slow them down? I am starting with this question to the city because the city clears the street so I thought the speed limit might be under city responsibility also. It is horribly dangerous to attempt walking on the road and there are no sidewalks between Acuff Rd and I-69. Can one of the units that tracks people's speed be set up to monitor and notify people that they are driving over the speed limit? One white sporty car drives so fast through the Bayles Rd T straight away that it is an unidentifiable white blur.
Excessive speeding up and down Maxwell Street
There are several construction crews working along Atwater. There are no flaggers or safety measures in place. It is dangerous and there have been close calls for accidents.
Dr. Lewis got hit here last year and someone else almost got hit today. No one knows how to deal with this intersection because it backs up so much and people get emotional which is not a good way to drive. It would be great if a light or roundabout could be put in to protect the pedestrians from getting hit by cars. Sorry to make such recommendations because I know I am not a traffic expert, but this T has been an issue for far too long.
now that sare is blocked off the trafficon rogers near the sare round about is doubled and their speeds are crazy fast can their be monetering? and police present

The curb at the southwest corner of this intersection juts out quite far into the lane. It is red and lower than the rest of the sidewalk. When there are cars waiting at the light, a sharp turn is necessary to avoid hitting them or this pointy curb, and it feels unsettling to swing out so far to the left where traffic is oncoming. On the southwest side of this intersection, the curb juts out into the lane. It's red and lower than sidewalk level. Turning right onto Patterson requires a driver to swing out to the left, close to oncoming traffic, as otherwise it's very hard to stay clear of the cars waiting on Patterson and this curb. Could the curb be changed, or the stop line for Patterson be moved several feet back?
Observed today at 1030 hrs. Eastbound vehicle making a U turn after the Overhill traffic island to turn onto Overhill. Traffic was not heavy but this could have impacted 3 lanes of traffic. FYI.
