Parking Officer went out to location twice, no trailer parked on laurel ct
Regarding this parking issue. As a rep of the HOA I spoke with owner at 3873 Laurel regarding the truck and trailer parked in the street and the complaints I have received. I suggested that he park the vehicle elsewhere so as not to block the street. He indicated in was OK with the city, he pays assoc. fees, etc. I believe this is likely in violation of 15.32.060. I'm attaching two pictures including one from this afternoon.
Thank you for your attention and two visits to the area. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. (apparently I can only send one at a time.)

Re: report #158470 A commercial trailer parked along S. Laurel Court. This was referred to RaeAnne? and has subsequently been marked resolved. Am I too assume that this trailer and pickup truck are parked legally? It was there this morning and clearly impedes visibility while driving around it. It is parked right across from the mail boxes making it even more concerning.
Thanks for looking into this issue.

I am not sure this is the right venue for this issue. There are very often parked cars on Lincoln St to the north and south of University in the yellow (no parking) area. These cars park nearly to the corner, making sight lines for those turning off University onto Lincoln very challenging. I have never seen these cars ticketed, and they do it constantly. Most commonly they are there on the weekends and in the mornings every day. Some oversight of this issue would help a lot

Greetings,
The sign with the street names at the intersection of Henderson St and University St has been missing for quite some time. People are having trouble locating University St due to the lack of signage.
Would it be possible to have the sign replaced?
Thank you!

Someone this past weekend dumped a box springs in the middle of Wilson Street between Grant and Palmer. I moved it off the street, but could you send a truck and pick it up?

There has been a white Lincoln car broken down on the side of the street with a temporary license plate that expired in September. The vehicle obviously doesn't run and is turning what would be a 2 lane road into a one lane road. Please send an officer out to mark it for removal as its causing traffic limitations on the street. The car is located on South Sowder Sq.

Dear Government,
I have been living here for about 13 years, and in this time it has become clear to me that there is a problem at the intersection between Rusgan Drive and Ramble Road West. You see this intersection has been my bus stop for years, and whether it's the dark of morning when I leave or daylight when I get back people speed right by as if there were no speed limit. This is only made worse by the fact that the intersection is half blind because it lies at the bottom of a small hill. So for the well being of myself and the children of the neighborhood I am requesting that this intersection be changed to a three way stop. I believe this would force the people of the neighborhood to drive at a more reasonable speed and therefore make my street much safer. I believe my neighbor across the street, the father of a small child, previously wrote the city requesting the same thing. I myself am just a teenager. So you know that once the problem has reached the point where a teenager takes time where they could have been doing nothing to write the city about traffic regulation, it's probably not just nothing. And considering others have written about this in the past, I frankly find it foolish to wait until someone actually gets hurt to take action.
Thank you for your time and consideration,
P.S. I apologize if this came across as somewhat hostile, I know whoever reads this is probably not at fault.
