this property has been vacant for 25 years. the house is falling away from the chimney. there are holes in the foundation. This located at top-right roofline while looking at building from front from street.
Not sure how to categorize this. Utility pole at NW corner or property is leaning east about 20 degrees off vertical with guy wires. Utility lines are hanging low enough to clip a very tall person or a truck.

Thinks the address is 614 W. 7th. Name on mailbox is Clemmons. The roof has fallen through in the house. Someone is occupying the house. The whole house is full of trash. Trees have grown up through the porch and house roof.

The property 616 N Plymouth Rd has not been occupied for many years. (We have lived at our current address for over 19 years.) While the grass is mowed, there is now a dead tree on the side of the property that periodically falls into Beacon Ct after storms. In addition, there is a broken window in the front and evidence of animals inside. The entire property is slowly decaying and is becoming quite an eyesore.
