Robin's daughter visits her father in the third unit at 1310 N. Maple. He rents this unit from his parents. Robin reports that much electrical work and plumbing work was done at the house without the proper permits and that the work was not done properly. A wood stove was also installed without the proper "venting". (I checked this address on the rental system and it shows that there are only 2 approved rental units. Dilapidated house, looks like it is going to cave in on itself. Homeless people living in the house, needles on the property, wild bamboo growing on the property in addition to other excessive overgrowth. Needs to be checked out and taken care of immediately.

There is an unsafe structure at 1305 S. Park Ave. A family is living in a truck with a makeshift camper built onto the back. There appears to be power ran from the house to the camper. Children are also living outside the residence as well. I understand wanting to help the homeless however, this does not appear to be a safe environment for this family if a fire were to break out from cooking food or an electrical fire.

1301 Woodhill Dr and 815 S. Larkspur Ln, both owned by Pendragon Properties have been vacant for weeks now. It is common practice for Pendragon it seems to leave windows open (presumably because they turn off HVAC to save costs?), and it has been humid and rainy increasing the chances of Black Mold and other issues related to moisture. This is not something new, and has been observed on these same properties an others in the neighborhood numerous times over the years. They are currently showing the houses to rent to (i.e. scam) new tenants, and it seems best if people were informed of their problems or if possible for the houses to be inspected. (Presumably, knowing Pendragon, there are other problems as well.)

This horrible rental company had water flowing out of their house for at least a week. Busted pipes, and they don't take care of their properties. There's already been a bunch of cases of mold in their rentals. I bet you anything these subhumas are going to still try to rent this shithole to some rentals they know they can easily take advantage of.
