Ms. Smith reports that she has complained before about the vacant house at the Northeast corner of Smith and Walker. She states that trash is everywhere, trees are falling down in the yard, the grass needs cut, and that all the doors are open and wild animals are living in the house. She said that she was upset because, she was told that the house would be sealed, but this has not been done.

My roomate and i are living at 3310 odell s. Since we have lived here, we have dealt every day, with 2 people, a man and a woman, listening and being able to see in our apartment. It sounds bizzare, but true. It has all but ruined our lives. We know where they are staying but cannot or have not been able to put a stop to it. Please help in this matter. On the bridge over Patterson Dr. on the B-Line there are 4 square B-line steel signs. In the recent winds, one of these has come loose and become bent. If there is more wind, which there will as it is almost spring, the remaining two connections may also become loose. It appears to me that the screws mounting the sign to the structure are not long enough. The sign then blowing and dropping makes for a very unsafe situation as it is 15 feet above the ground, sidewalk and road.
