complaint of concrete blocks holding a tarp on the roof. Caller thought it was a temporary fix for a roof, but it has been there for almost a year.

Broken and open windows on back and side of property.
Rat infested, no water, no electricity, trash in the house, front porch, back of house, trash filled shed next to house. This is a drug house. There is no one living in the home that has legal right. House is located at 1100 W 10th Street, Bloomington, IN 47404
Little metal nubs on planter curbs are unsightly, uncomfortable, and remove a primary purpose of a sitting space. They should be removed.
Neighbor water buckets The owner of the house at 1413 w 11th st has set up and maintained a series of several five gallon plastic buckets up against his house. The house does not have gutters and he is using these buckets to collect stagnant water. He has been doing this for months now. He knows what he is doing and this is intentional. The neighborhood is going crazy with mosquitos. This is a dangerous and unhealthy situation as it can explode the mosquito population and spread disease, including the zika virus. This is a low income neighborhood and there are many families and children around. Please address this situation!

The owner of 1413 w 11th st has established a series of about 7 five gallon plastic buckets up against his house that are holding stagnant water. This is dangerous to the neighborhood as it will breed mosquitos and has the potential to spread disease including possibly zika. Please have the owner remedy the situation.
