This house has been vacant for years. The door is standing open, and the floor is rotten. A child could wander in, and fall through the floor. Southwest corner of 16th & Woodburn Avenue. There are rats on the property.
Unsafe building, vacant with person or persons living on site, trash & human waste on both floors, weeds and rats.
Caller reports at least six people living in an unsafe structure BEHIND the Big Red Liquors South store. Caller said that the structure is for sale, and is actually the old office to the Stone Mill which no longer exists. Caller reports that there is trash everywhere, underage drinking, and broken glass everywhere. Also reported that someone has pulled an old RV in the same area, and people are living in it too.
Ms. Smith reports that she has complained before about the vacant house at the Northeast corner of Smith and Walker. She states that trash is everywhere, trees are falling down in the yard, the grass needs cut, and that all the doors are open and wild animals are living in the house. She said that she was upset because, she was told that the house would be sealed, but this has not been done.
David Hamilton received notification that there is structural failure at the new addition to St. Charles school.
Mr. Eckert called to report that the property at 1022 N. Woodburn has been vacant for years. He reported that the yard is full of trash, tires, broken glass, rats, etc. His concern is health related since he lives next door.
Renewed from 93-CE-161 complaint. Original complaint weeds, trash & unsafe bldg. Asbestos abatement, demolition.
Large hole beside & underneath house - approx. 15' deep.
Received fire incident report from fire dept. Trailer is not secured & possibly unsafe. See report attached. Buchanan is tenant. Owner is: Phillip Anderson.
