There is a house on Rogers street south of the gas station at the corner of rock port and Rogers on the left that has added a tiny house to their property. This is against zoning laws in Bloomington Indiana
Broken window pane on south side of vacant Showers building. Allows access into basement of building. Some scattered pieces of glass.
The footbridge at the entrance to the trails is falling apart - it's probably one child jumping on it away from collapsing and causing injury.
This is not an unsafe building, but an, in my eyes. soon to be unsafe structure: the wooden pedestrian bridge along E Second Street. One part has started to sag dangerously. Next thing you know, it will fall in. The end that is right next to S Rose Ave.
The city came to do an inspection and added replace the drop tiles in bathroom ceiling. They never came to fix it . Was supposed to October 10th. On 11/20/2023 I was taking a shower and the ceiling caved in and a baby raccoon came in with it. I’ve contacted the landlord they are supposed to fix it but they already knew of the raccoon problem. I have a video of the raccoons up there as well as the list showing that the city asked them to fix it
4315 Weymouth has open garage door and open windows and open house door for a week now. Appears no one is home and possibly vacant.
Power pole is leaning. May be unstable, could someone come out and assess the situation?
The owners of this residence are continuing to let this building fall into disrepair and are possibly pursuing a "demolition through neglect". There has been substantial improvement to this structure since I moved within view of this building in March of 2013. This has led to the building becoming a public safety hazard for both the Near Westside and Prospect Hill neighborhoods.
Abandoned house open, back porch collapsing
