At the urging of our neighbor the city removed a tree from our property (in the front easement) as it had signs of the ash borer. Many other trees in our neighborhood have been removed for the same reason but replaced almost immediately. We have waited since April 27, 2017 for stump grinding and a replacement. I live in Zone 3 and the leaves weren’t vacuumed during the dates specified. I’m almost certain they were curbside in the time frame given. I’m not complaining, I’m sharing information to prevent additional exclusions.

Tenant who lives at 1002 W Cascade Ave (East side of the duplex) has excessive trash strewn around yard. There are also several non working vehicles parked on the property.

The admin lot onM (Just behind Dimension Mill, the one that the city is letting Dimension Mill members park in) has two handicap spots however the signs are not secure and fall down frequently. A member reported this to me so I'm not 100% sure of the details.
