If it is due for replacement, please replace with a yellow-orange bulb to match the majority of the others in the neighborhood, not a bright white one such as those at Cottage Grove/Grant and Cottage Grove/Lincoln. They cast a harsh and unpleasant light. Thank you.

The house located at 2231 N. Martha Street is zoned residential single-family (RS), in the Matlock Heights historic district, but it is being used as a fraternity house (Aloha Kappa Lambda), with attendant problems (noise violations, traffic, trash, etc.). This would seem to be a violation of the city’s zoning ordinance.

Hi! The street sign for West 6th Street and Pine Street has been leaning precipitously and looks to be close to falling down. The bar holding up the signs itself is OK, but the green signs on the top with white lettering indicating the street names is the part that looks like it's about to fall off. Would it be possible to send someone soon to fix it before it does? Thank you very much!
