Greetings: I am the Director of the Farmer House Museum and I would like to address the safety concern in our ally that connect between Morton and College at 10th Street. I have a detailed video taken by our board member that shows the area of concern and safety. We have applied for an AARP grant to secure funding to repair and update the parking pad and the alley inbetween the Woodburn House and the Farmer House museum. At the Farmer House Museum we cannot repair the edges of our parking pad without the evaluation from the City of Bloomington. Thank you for your time and consideration. This house has a couple Great Dane dogs that barks and barks all the time. And it is annoying. Plus during the warmer months her yard starts smelling.

We’ve been moved out of our apartment since Halloween of 2021. We moved/transferred our Duke Energy to our new location, however the move service did not shut off our old account. We did not know until last month. I called the arch apartments to have them take the bill back into their name. They did that but the bill got pushed onto my new account. The arch didn’t absorb the bill. The Arch is getting demolished and has their phone disconnected.

leaving the City Hall parking lot by the SW ramp to the B-line (just south of the fence), there is a heave of sidewalk on the ramp, demonstrated in the attached pictures. It is significant enough to cause a County Commissioner to fall on Friday and create an avulsion fracture of her finger! (I cannot tell if the photos loaded, so you may have double copies.)

Two swastikas are spray painted on the B Line, just south of where it intersects with 6th Street (by the Foundry apartment building). It appears there might be another further north, just past Le Petit Cafe.

The occupants of this property store their several trash and recycling bins facing S Walnut St. At any given time, numerous pieces of trash litter the ground in front of the home, the parking area, and the alley. Their bins are often knocked over or overflowing. The trash has begun encroaching on the grounds of our office, which neighbors this home to the north. Thank you for your help.
