Top layer of asphalt has chipped away making wheelchair access to the little pantry difficult.
As an able bodied ambulatory person, I confess I fell down when my foot unexpectedly encountered this drop-off.
Please patch the asphalt.

Water Utility Problems

My water meter was to be replaced this past Wednesday but the service folks doing this work were not able to shut water off at the street as they said my water shutoff was bad. I am not able to turn water off in the house as well as I have a bad gate valve that needs to be replaced. I do have the city water spot prepped and ready for your replacement. I would appreciate a call to get this repair completed as soon as possible so the water meter guys can return to complete their work. Thank you. Terry Duffer
