Hello, I am writing to inquire about whether the sidewalk on the east side of S. Jackson St. between 3rd and 4th streets can be repaired. As a person with a visual impairment, I have a terrible time walking on the sidewalk in this location, which is in the block where my house is. The sidewalk is very uneven, with tripping hazards throughout its course due to decay. If I didn't have a visual impairment, it would certainly be easier to walk on this part of the sidewalk, but I know that others with no visual impairment also have a difficult time because of the deteriorated surface. Between 211 and 217 E. 10th Street there is an overgrowth that is blocking the sidewalk. I tried to upload a photo but it won't go through.

The water usage is exceedingly high and we are not sure why. The amount that is recorded as being used seems like way more than we could use, and we suspect there may be an issue with the water meter or a potential leak somewhere that is causing an issue with the reading.

Grass is knee-high, degraded sidewalk is treacherous, nasty couch sitting on porch and trash bins laying around out front. The place is an eyesore.

Alley is disheveled with holes and vegetation growing through out the entire alley way.
