Dangerous Bradford Pear. 30ft tall. City came through trimming trees and left it where one half of the branches are gone on one side making it heavy on one side and the whole tree is leaning south looking to fall on neighbors driveway and car given the next big winds. Whole thing seriously just needs to be removed
My water is shut off.
Light regularly does not change to green for traffic going south even with multiple cars sitting it will cycle through multiple times unless someone needs to turn left.
Allen St sidewalk between Adam's and Mother Hubbard's is overgrown, sidewalk a mess, needs long needed maintenance
4 cars parked in yard. A few don’t run. Turning into a junk yard lot next to my house.
The resident at this location refuses to comply with lease terms regarding cleaning up their apartment. The conditions are going to contribute to unwanted pests and potentially other hazards. I have sent them notice, emailed and texted. The owner of Pavilion told me that the Hand dept will come out and either help put the resident in touch with resources or will have it cleaned and fine the resident. I just need to know if this is true and if I can get assistance getting them back in compliance with their lease terms instead of eviction. Tree immediately in front of home on the street side of the sidewalk is in poor health. Most outer branches are not budding. Branches regularly break off during storms and I have concern that this tree as well as neighboring tree may fall at next significant wind storm. A previous report last year about this tree was marked as 'resolved' with a comment that it would be put on a list. However, I have no indication that this was ever followed up on.
This address has a water meter in the front yard and it appears to be leaking underground and then leaking into the parking lot and down the sidewalk of the next bldg. This has been happening for quite some time now.
Can the city check the Rail Trail and surrounding property to make sure the homeless aren't camping there again after being evicted and trespassed in 2024? There's some tents visible and tonight (4/21/25) it smells like burning trash again. Please continue to monitor this area and prevent the problem from returning. It's unsafe with the homeless by the trail and the problem needs to be kept at bay permanently. Thanks.
