City ally I keep 2/3 mowed used to be 3/4 but overgrowth keeps on coming. Poison Ivy is also growing in the overgrowth. To my knowledge, no one has touched it this growing season. It’s out of control. It is also in the way of the service I pay to mow the city alley , my yard and the tree lot out front. I also have concerns about the growth on the side of the house that is entwined in the utility lines.
There is a dead deer (faun) in the sidewalk- it looks like someone crushed it under their parked car.

Consistent standing/pooling water in the former Mike's Carwash lot. Increased mosquito issues and stale, stagnant standing water should be remediated immediately.

There are two very large and deep muddy puddles in the large dog park area at Switchyard. One is located by the large tree in the center of the park, and the other is located by the sitting area under the green awning. My dog recently got into the muddy water, ate and drank it, and became severely sick for several days. After speaking with several dog owners at the park, this has happened with their dogs too, so it is definitely a health hazard. It is very difficult to keep the dogs away from these areas. This does not seem to be a problem just after rainfall, but most of the time. I ask that they be filled with gravel or fenced off to allow for regrowth and to keep dogs away in the meantime. There is a tent setup on the curb doing some sort of commerce and the customers and staff are taking over the sidewalk, blocking pedestrian paths.
The cover of our water meter on the sidewalk is loose and poses a risk for tripping, strollers, wheelchairs etc
There is a raised metal utility item in the street. Not to proper grade, will pop a tire. Please fix along hillside here.
