Caller to HAND reporting unsafe conditions & activity taking place in vacant house and shed that have been ongoing for at least two years. In addition to overgrown grass, that a Compliance Officer has been addressing/issuing citations for, there are people accessing the abandoned shed & vehicle leaving needles in the yard. She is concerned for the neighborhood children, her own safety when trying to run people off and the effect the problem is having on the adjacent properties. Some one came and haphazardly weed rated front yard. Backyard hasn't been mowed since July 2024. There are fallen limbs in yard. I reported this about a month ago and only action has been the weed eating in front yard

On the B Line trail, the shelter that is between WonderLab and the Hyatt: this is turning into an encampment. I see open drug use while passing by each day. There is increasing trash on the ground, bikes chained to light poles, people arguing, etc. And this is mere feet from a children's museum, not to mention in the middle of downtown. I know it's a public space but these people are claiming it for their own and creating an unsafe situation. Thank you.

There is a large plant/tree growing into the corner of S. Davisson & W. Smith Ave. It makes it impossible to see around the corner to either drive straight on Smith or turn either direction on Davisson when stopped at the stop sign on Smith & Davisson.
