Why isn’t the speed bumps painted in a yellow or some time of color, so we aren’t tearing our cars up just going the speed limit? Please paint them. They blend in with the road.

Overgrowth from backyard of property it’s causing cars to veer away and end up on my property to pass through the alley.
Line of sight blocked due to weed overgrowth from Euclid street to this address. You cannot see cars/semi trucks coming down the hill!
Blocked sidewalk. The overgrowth from 810 W 7th is blocking the sidewalk along 7th street and partially blocking the alley entrance.
Grass needs mowed, and trash cans are out at the street, this has been that way for a few weeks now. Please look into this. Thanks.
Bamboo everywhere in the corner of 10th street and summit street
The person in apartment 3 leaves his empty trash cans on the sidewalk for days after pick up. They are still out there. I have not seen him to tell him about it and he is not there when I knock. Please give him a HAND welcome to Bloomington packet and let him know he needs to take his cans off the sidewalk after trash day.
