Is there a city code for how far next to a property one can have an open compost pile?
The new building 'B-Line Heights" at the b-line and Rogers has recently constructed a short wall just next to Rogers, south east of the building itself. This new wall totally blocks the line of sight for both drivers and bicyclists, making the intersection at Rogers more dangerous.

Kirkwood/Washington landscaping completely blocks line of sight of pedestrians or vehicles. 3/4 planters at this intersection are this overgrown and block lines of sight creating a serious hazard.
