I came home and the water in all my toilets seems to have like exploded all over the bowl... was there utility work being done today? Is my water safe to drink? Its kind of unnerving to come home to this without explanation.

There is a storm drain right by our restaurant that has a really bad smell coming out of it. I didn't know who to contact about this issue.

The storm drain continues to stay clogged at 16th and Jackson. We have cleaned it 4 times this year. It. Is a drainage design flaw. Everything washes out and gets clogged .
