I came home and the water in all my toilets seems to have like exploded all over the bowl... was there utility work being done today? Is my water safe to drink? Its kind of unnerving to come home to this without explanation.
This is my second time reporting this issue. This area of road at Hunter Ave and S Park Ave intersection is always wet. I pass by this area almost every day, and no matter the amount of recent rainfall or not, it’s always wet. I’m fairly certain there is a water main leaking under the road.

There are piles of sand and gravel in the bicycle lane on N. College Ave. from Old State Route 37 to 11th Street. This creates a sliding hazard for bicyclists in close proximity to high-speed motor vehicles.
Apartment put rock in tree plot area and now all is popping out into roadway. Hazardous conditions to walk, drive, or bike currently. Needs street swept and removed from tree plot.
A large hole approximately 2 feet deep between the curb and sidewalk on the 600 block of W. 6th St.
Water leaking from road
Sanitary sewer is overflowing.
Drainage, Retention ditch behind my residence needs to be cleaned and maintained... it is filling up with weeds, small trees, debris... I was told it would be kept clean to allow for better drainage! Who is responsible for maintenance of this ditch?! Thanks so much
