Mr. Baird reports that J-Max trash service empties the dumpster at 16th and Walnut improperly and trash is scattered all over the road and in front of his house. Air Quality Travel has the dumpster. Mr. Baird would like to be contacted with status of his complaint since this is an ongoing problem with J-Max.
Missed pick-up/recycling: Can was not picked up & no notice was left. Mrs McCullough thinks the crews did not see her can since the crews set the trash can in front of the recycling bin. AP

Trash strewn up and down alley has been this way for months.
Missed pick-up/trash: Many bags ( 12- 13 bags) have been out since Dec. 15th. & they were away, has not been picked up. Animals have started to tear holes in bags.
Missed pick-up/other: Christmas tree has not been picked up for 2 weeks. There is no tinsle or debris on it.
