Eagan's mother lives at 604 S. Washington. Has rats coming into her yeard. Thinks they are coming from 606 & 607 S. Washington because of cans at curb and trash.

Mr. Malone called the Public Works Office to report that his recycling was not picked up, he stated that there was not a notice left. Jason went to this address and found that there was a notice left, he piicked it up any way. Jason wanted this on file. R.H.
