Caller reported that several softball players have been driving cars & trucks and racing down bicycle path after loading & unloading equipment @ Bryan Park. Children and pedestrians were around. This is not the first time. Caller is very concerned and does not think any vehicles but City vehicles should be allowed to drive inside the park boundaries. He is worried that someone will get hurt.

Called two weeks in advance for Section 8 Housing about her spot on the waiting list. She received it and phone in for an appointment. She left two messages, Tues. and Thurs. on Rick's voice mail to make appointment. The following Mon. (called from work all times), spoke with Beth she said she was terminated because she did not set up an appointment and had no records of her messages. She is getting phone records trying to prove she called on calling card. She lost her $50 deposit because

Citizen objects that Utilities will only repave area torn up for water main installation. Says the work has damaged the whole street and it needs repaving. Says the front of her property has been damaged by storage & removal of gravel, etc. Wants her lawn repaired. Has spoken with Doug Jones who said Mike Farmer would call her. Resident of condos west of Southeast Park found "pot smoking device" on the basketball courts. He took the device to the Police Dept who in turn contacted Parks. He reported that becasue the grass is high, people can stay hidden. Said you can't see the footbridge for the growth. Concerned that children could get ahold of this stuff.

There is loose trash in front of the house, in back of the house, and between their house and their neighbors.
Weeds need cut in the vacated alley West of 916 S. Morton St. The weeds are growing out of a wall at 319 W. Dodds St.---1st alley West of Morton St. Several years ago, B & L Roofing put several large/huge rocks in the alley which makes mowing the weeds/grass impossible. Ms. Burch also said that the drainage problem South of Dodds St. has not been taken care of. Please call Ms. Burch if above locations are unclear.
