Mrs Clark would like the City to clean out the ditch. Full of sand and debris
SOMEONE HIT FIRE HYDRANT. NOT LEAKING
T
Directly across the street from complaintant's house; people have been dumping their grass clippings, leaves and tree limbs in this field area. A sign or something should be placed there because people should not do this.
Ms. Goodman has called the police three separate times to complain about people sleeping/living in 9th Street Park. She says that every morning people are sleeping all over the entire park.
Trash has not been picked up because no tags were attached. Six people living in the house (five females and one male).
Mr. Stewart & his wife are upset reg: the $75,000 that's going to be used for the Farmer's Market. They feel that "you're fixing something that isn't broke." They like the F's.M. jus the way it is in the old place, b/c the crowd's more vibrant. Now, they'll have that much farther to walk, and the $ could go to the skating rink to improve the ventilation with fans, by decreasing carbon monoxide for the kids.

Ms. Goodman called to complain about the "dog poop" containers at 9th St. Park. She said they seldom are used and the bag never gets changed and it was set on fire on 10/06.
