There are tow houses behind the Elk's Lodge on the corner of 8th and walnut. Between those two houses there is trash that is piling up and spilling over onto the alley.
There is all kinds of construction debris in the yard - -- the caller claims there are new tenants living there. There are even cans of paint in the yard in which the calller feels should be removed because the little kids in the neighborhood might drink them.
There is a potential rat problem - there is a compost pile at the back of the house this is possibly drawing the rats.
Banneker Center: After receiving a call from a fellow Teen X-Treme parent, Mr. Preslaff felt it import to contact us concerning some issues het felt needed to be addressed @ BBCC. He suggested that there were many "unidentified" youth/teens coming into BBCC during Teen X-Treme as well as "gang activity" going on both inside and outside the center. He mentioned on fourt different occasions that he was happy & overwhelmingly pleased w/the program and has no intention of removing his son.

SG advised Mr Marion we would do that until we get test results back this week even though SG was advised they did not have a taste problem when SG was there last time.
