Between 8th & 9th Streets on Fairview weeds have taken over the sidewalk. Citizen states that she has to walk into the streets because the sidewalk is impassable.

Mr. Walter sent an email via the City's web site that stated that the lot between Air Tech (627 N. Morton St.) and north of the IU Press parking lot at 10th & Morton is covered with tall weeds.
fOR SALE BY OWNERS AND REALTOR SIGNS AT ENTRANCES TO GRANDVIEW HILLS
Complaint about both realtor and for sale by owner signs at entrances to Sherwood Oaks.
This property continually has several cars parked on the lawn behind the house.
Citizen reports a pothole directly in front of the entrance to the Regester Parking Lot by Graham Plaza.
Mr. Erdmann would like to see a wall at Southeast Park to prevent hockey pucks and and tennis balls from going into neighboring yards. (see e-mail)
NW corner 1st and Henderson. A very large and very dead maple tree hangs over sidewalk and street. Neighbors are very concerned about falling dead limbs or possibly the entire tree given we are headed into the windy/icy/snow season.
AN E-MAIL COMPLAINT WAS RECEIVED IN THE UTILITIES DEPT. STATING THAT THE STREET LIGHTS AT 7TH & ROGERS WERE NOT OPERATING AND HAVE NOT BEEN OPERATING FOR OVER 2 WEEKS. THIS COMPLAINT WAS REFERRED TO THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPT.
Writer wants to know why the 75-100 years old osage-orange tree that was in Ninth St Park was cut down. This was a beautiful tree, showed no signs of illness, and was one of the largest of its species left in the county. (see e-mail).
