Hello - I am the manager of the Osage Place Homeowner Association. The Board of the Osage Place neighborhood is wondering if it is possible to stripe parking spaces on Bernard Street. The goal is to help identify parking spaces and alleviate those parking improperly and leaving large distances (but not enough to park) when parking on the street. At the southwest corner of the Farm Stop/Badknees property there's poison ivy growing off a fence into the sidewalk at head and ankle height. Someone should probably cut it back.

One square of sidewalk in front of the house was replaced last week. A pile of excess cement mixture was left on the lawn next to the replaced paving and has now dried. It is going to be a pain when mowing, and also looks terrible. Please send someone to remove and dispose of the excess/abandoned cement from the yard.
