The walk signals do not come up anymore. It is a constant red hand and there are no buttons to select a walk signal. Many pedestrians use this intersection and not having a clear signal to alert drivers is creating a dangerous condition.
Information sign still directs drivers to Tibetan Monastery, even though building no longer exists.
Plants on SW corner of lot have overgrown to a point that the sidewalk is now impassible.
Tenants moved out and left discarded furniture by the street - The have been there awhile, City sanitation has not removed them.
Lawn going to seed, weeds growing up through porch. Recurring problem with this property.
City tree has fallen into my yard on the corner of S Zona and S Terra. I have tried to call and email Erin Hatch for since June 25th, 2021 with no answer.
During this spring/summer, there was construction work being done on 200 S. Grant. While the construction is now completed, it seems they left this in the middle of the sidewalk. I’m not sure what this is called but it was used to hold a sign that stated that the sidewalk is close. Please remove this from blocking the sidewalk. Much thanks.
The tree on the corner has either fallen down from decay or been hit by a truck, and is in the street.
Sidewalk is blocked by overgrown plants.
