A large, white container filled with construction waste (apparently toxic) has been sitting on the SE corner of Madison and 7th for several months, ever since the construction of the "7-Line" bicycle path.

Intersection of 10th / Grant streets is degrading, especially on the north edge. With some attention now, further decline could be prevented.
Intersection of Grant and 11th Streets is in need of repair. Multiple potholes make it dangerous for bicycles, etc.
Intersection of N. Washington and Cottage Grove is in need of extensive repair. Neglected potholes have grown to the point that it is dangerous to drive through the intersection.

At the dead-end of 13th Street where it does not connect with Madison Street, there appears to be no drainage route for water to leave. During rain, it ponds, blocking the sidewalk and the road. The pond remains well after the rain stops. Can some provision for drainage be provided?

Impossible to see oncoming traffic when pulling out of the parking garage. Hazard to other drivers as we blindly have to pull out. This road and parking garage exit is a danger to society. The city needs to improve visibility.
