duplex across street has about 14 bags of trash piled up. Complaintant called prop mgmt., but their policy is to have city write up violations, complaintant worried about rats.

A drainage pipe has been installed in the back of the new "Legends" bar on south Walnut which is dumping a large amount of water onto their property.
Bushes and trees not being trimmed on alley between 1109 & 1117 S. Madison. This has caused 2 accidents.
