The light outside of 314 S. Henderson St. has been out for about a week, which makes it quite difficult to drive down the side street and to walk there without worrying about running into other people and cars. Street sign at corner of 12th St and Lincoln St was pulled down yesterday or last night. It is lying in the grass.

Traveling south on N Indiana Ave from E 13th St, the speed limit sign says 30 MPH.Traveling north on N Indiana Ave from E 10th St, the speed limit sign says 25 MPH. Are they both right (30 MPH southbound & 25 MPH northbound) or is one of them wrong? I didn't think you could have two different speeds on the same section of road.

I seem to remember that when the traffic light was installed on Walnut Street at Smith Avenue it should have only turned red for Walnut when activated by pedestrian or vehicular traffic on Smith Avenue. I don't know if that designation changed or if there is an equipment malfunction, but for the past few weeks the light has been cycling on it's own with no traffic of any kind present on Smith Avenue.
