Drainage pipes that run under the railroad tracks are blocked up again. I cleared as much as I could from the inflows but I can see more material lodged inside. Hope we can get a grate installed at some point to prevent future blockages. Opposite the B-Line trail at lamppost 157. Thanks!
Tenants moved out and left a pile of trash in the front of the house, but the "landlord" does not respond to complaints (Jeff Jones, Pendragon). Can the City do anything about it?

During the year, likely due to heavy construction equipment near my house the street to get to parking has become dilapidated. At this point whenever I pull into my driveway, the bottom of my car is hitting the ground and potentially being damaged.

Car (white BMW, that hasn't moved in years) parked on lawn on east side of 702 W 4th St.
Excessive growth, structure failure, trash, clothing and garbage strewn about. Neighbors on east use as a place to throw their garbage. Been reported several times .
They have yet to mow their yard.
